Welcome to year I DON'T CARE ANYMORE of this github blog.
54chi is addicted to coffee shops, and decent internet speed. He is not a professional blogger, and like in the previous year, this site is going to remain lame and never going to be promoted. So if you found me, thank you for taking the time to read this page.
The opinions expressed in this site are mine and mine alone. They do not reflect the opinions of my employers (past or present), co-workers, family, pets, or possibly even me if the post you’re reading is more than a few days old.
How this thing works
Posts are plain markdown files in posts/. A GitHub
Action reads their front matter and regenerates
posts.json, which is the only file this site loads to
build the index. No build step, no generator.
The sky behind each post is generated from the day of the week it was
posted (seven palettes) and whether it went up in daylight
(06:00–17:59) or after dark. The horizon,
clouds and stars are seeded from the post’s slug, so every post keeps
the same sky forever. Press D to override it, C
to switch the CRT effects off, ? for the rest.
